To organize a smooth private day trip or a multi-day itinerary for you, we only ask for the essentials:
Your Contact Details: Your name, email, phone number, or WhatsApp. This is simply so we can send your itinerary updates and let your private guide contact you on the day of your tour.
Your Practical Travel Preferences: Things like dietary restrictions, allergies, interests or fitness levels. This helps us customize your tour and keep you comfortable.
Your Passport Information (The Important Part):
Why do we ask for this? In China, you cannot travel or book accommodations without official ID. We collect your passport details because they are legally required to book your domestic hotels, high-speed bullet train tickets, domestic flights (air tickets), and premium attraction entries on your behalf. Without this info, we cannot secure your transport or bookings. We will never use it for any other purpose.
2. Who do we share your details with?
We hate spam and data leaks as much as you do. We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third-party marketers. The only people who ever see your info are:
Your dedicated tour team: Your private guide and driver will know your full name only, so they know who they are picking up.
Official booking systems: The local transport networks (trains and flights), official hotel check-in registries, and ticketing platforms that legally require your real name & passport No..
Secure payment partners: Platforms like Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, PayNow, or DuitNow. They handle your money safely through encrypted systems—we don't even see your credit card numbers.
3. How long do we keep your data?
We only hold onto your private information for as long as your trip requires. Once your tour concludes and our standard accounting/tax paperwork is settled, your sensitive data (like passport numbers) is permanently and securely deleted from our active files.
