This 11-day private tour through Shanghai, Suzhou, and Hangzhou was one of the most enjoyable family trips we have ever taken. What really stood out for us was the service from start to finish. She had a wonderful way of explaining the history behind each site without making it feel like a lecture, and she was especially good with our children, which made a huge difference for our family. We also appreciated how flexible the itinerary was. We never felt rushed, and we had enough time to truly enjoy each destination, whether it was walking along West Lake in Hangzhou or exploring the classical gardens in Suzhou. Overall, this was a very well-organized and thoughtfully designed trip. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting China for the first time.
