Firstly, led by our professional bilingual tour guide, we took a private car for about thirty minutes from the high-speed railway station to reach the Jiming Temple scenic area, honored as the "First Temple of the Southern Dynasties", with elegant ancient pavilions, quiet courtyards and profound 1,700-year-old Buddhist culture, offering a peaceful spiritual retreat.
After that, take a ten minute private car to Xuanwu Lake, the largest royal garden lake in southern China, featuring rippling lake water, winding causeways and lush shore scenery, enjoying the harmonious view of ancient city wall and urban ecological landscape. Strolling around Xuanwu Lake for about 2-3 hours, enjoying the beautiful scenery of Jiangnan charm, and then heading to a nearby restaurant to enjoy a local specialty dinner.
After dinner, we went to Confucius Temple and Qinhuai River to enjoy the night view of Jiangnan. When night falls, thousands of lanterns illuminate the ancient waterfront, creating prosperous and romantic Jiangnan night scenery. After about an hour of leisure travel, our private car will take you back to your hotel to rest and end your first day's itinerary.
Head to Purple Mountain scenic area. Visit Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with grand imperial mausoleum layout, sacred stone paths and delicate stone carvings, fully displaying Ming Dynasty imperial ritual system and craftsmanship. Then explore Dr. Sun Yat-sen's Mausoleum, featuring grand symmetrical republican architecture and layered steps, enjoying panoramic mountain and city views while learning modern revolutionary history. The entire tour takes approximately 2-3 hours.
After lunch, visit Nanjing Museum, one of China's top national museums, displaying rich collections of six-dynasty relics, Ming and Qing art and republican cultural heritage, systematically presenting Nanjing's millennial civilization.
Then explore Niushoushan Cultural Park, famous for its stunning modern Buddhist architecture, solemn relic exhibition and elegant mountain ecology, combining traditional Buddhist culture and contemporary artistic aesthetics. Entering the park from the west gate, one can easily reach the underground palace and the Thousand Buddha Hall by taking the cable car and escalator. After touring here for about twenty minutes, go to the Buddha Peak Tower to climb high, and return from the original route in about 30 minutes. Overnight in Nanjing.
Take a comfortable high-speed train from Nanjing to Wuxi (around 1 hour). Private car picks you up at the railway station and transfers to Turtle Head Isle (Yuantouzhu), known as the "Best Scenery of Taihu Lake". Surrounded by vast Taihu water, the peninsula features lush forests, winding lake shorelines, open lake views and elegant garden clusters, presenting the gentle and grand charm of Jiangnan's largest freshwater lake.

Strongly recommended: You can choose the cherry blossom season from March to April to visit. Yuantouzhu, Wuxi, is one of the three major cherry appreciation resorts in the world, with 30000 cherry blossoms blooming in turn, and the Taihu Lake Lake is covered with cherry blossoms, which is very beautiful.
After a full day of relaxed Taihu Lake sightseeing, visit Nianhua Bay, a low-key and elegant Zen-themed ancient town. Featuring primitive Tang-style architecture, running water courtyards, quiet stone paths and soft warm lantern lights at night, the scenic spot creates a tranquil, poetic and healing Zen atmosphere, perfectly matching the leisurely rhythm of the day. It is an ideal place to enjoy peaceful night scenery away from urban bustle. Overnight in Wuxi.
Enjoy a relaxed full-day in-depth visit to Wuxi Lingshan Buddhist Scenic Spot, one of China's most prestigious Zen cultural resorts. The core highlight is the towering 88-meter giant Lingshan Buddha statue, standing grandly against the mountain and lake, representing solemn Buddhist culture and exquisite ancient carving art. It offers flat walking routes and low-intensity sightseeing, perfect for casual strolling, nature appreciation and family leisure time away from crowded scenic spots.

Perfectly integrating minimalist modern design and traditional Jiangnan garden charm, the museum houses precious ancient paintings, calligraphy and cultural relics, showcasing Suzhou's profound millennial history and artistic heritage.

Then explore Hanshan Temple, a world-renowned ancient Buddhist temple with a 1,500-year history. Admire ancient temple courtyards, century-old bell culture and poetic Jiangnan temple scenery, experiencing the profound Buddhist and literary heritage passed down through ancient poems. We will enter from the West Gate, first pay respects in various halls, then ring the bell, eat noodles or invite bracelets, and finally return to the West Gate. The whole process takes about 2 hours.
